In the event that Arlet must cancel an event, participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Arlet is not responsible for additional costs such as travel, flights, or personal expenses.

7. Event Modifications

Arlet reserves the right to modify certain aspects of an event when necessary, including:

These modifications do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

8. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally able to take part in the activities offered during the retreat.

Participants must inform Arlet of any relevant medical conditions prior to the event.

By participating in the retreat, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk.

Full refund.

50% refund.

No refund.

Transfers

Participants may transfer their booking to another person with prior written approval.

Event Cancellation by ARLET

If ARLET cancels an event, participants will receive a full refund.

ARLET is not responsible for travel or accommodation expenses incurred by participants.
